The last remaining development site in this pretty Hampshire village, but not without its own challenges, this is a good example of Burton Property understanding and meeting the owners' specific objectives.
The longstanding owners wanted to remain in the original house but create a high quality and sympathetic scheme to blend with the village. Having resolved complex legal issues and involved immediate neighbours, Burton Property was able to demonstrate to the owner that the maximum value could be achieved with just four individual new homes.
This £2.4m scheme is being undertaken with joint venture partner Bargate Homes with a completion date of spring 2009.
