Stakes Road - Purbrook

An extended family house in a large garden had attracted the attention of a number of developers keen to demolish and make way for a block of flats.

Burton Property gained planning permission and the site was acquired from the owners. The £2m development is now underway with joint venture partner Rockbourne Homes.
