Furzehall Farm - Fareham

Furzehall Farm is a Grade II Listed group of farm buildings converted solely for commercial use. The scheme is set in three acres of landscaped grounds in a semi-rural location off Wickham Road in Fareham.

A complex and specially tailored land purchase transaction resulted in the company then securing planning permission for 10,000 sq ft of new offices in two new and complementary office buildings.
